These SignalFx libraries will continue to be supported, but we are 100% committed to OpenTelemetry instrumentation and actively working to upstream all SignalFx tracing library support to the project. In addition, we are announcing the deprecation of the SignalFx Java and Python tracing libraries. These beta release distributions support automatic (no code modification) trace instrumentation making it easy to get started with distributed tracing.
